The Trove Companies provides full commercial real estate services. As real estate developers, Trove Companies acts to serve its clients by listening to their stated, addressable concerns; meeting their investment needs and striving to serve those needs within the parameters provided by the client. We act to identify programmatic issues relating to land acquisition/sales; site development; fee development; design; structuring and hiring of the on-site project development team of architect/engineers; facilitating and obtaining all necessary governmental permits and entitlements; coordinating and managing project sub-contractors and outside consultants including architects, engineers, environmental specialists, government officials; identifying various construction delivery methods; and overseeing the construction to ensure timely completion that is well within or under budget by providing the intermediary between all consultants, employees and the contractor(s) chosen by Trove Companies and the client.
Our role in bridging the gap between a construction company, the project architect and the client provides an extremely important function in controlling unnecessary expenses and improving efficiency and effectiveness for all parties involved. We strive to provide optimum value in functionality, location and cost, and leverage our real estate and construction expertise to ensure that newly constructed buildings/facilities/tenant spaces meet the client's business needs. Trove Companies can also provide property management services at the client's request, and keep operations running smoothly by maintaining the facilities, allowing their tenants to focus on driving profits.
Trove Companies believes that as a responsible real estate development company, we need to be visionaries, looking years - even decades - beyond today's world to determine what buildings and commercial development to service communities will be needed, and the appropriate location for those buildings.
