Jeffery M. Hall

Jeffery M. Hall is a degreed construction engineer and a practicing construction attorney, and has the dual role of being General Counsel for the Trove Companies and its Construction Manager. For over thirteen years, Mr. Hall conducted a legal practice limited to construction, real estate and commercial business issues prior to assisting in the conception and start-up of the Trove Companies.

Mr. Hall received his juris-doctorate from the New England School of Law, is licensed to practice in all Arizona and federal district courts, and has practiced law in Arizona since 1995. In addition, Mr. Hall is also licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, is a member of the State Bar of Arizona's Construction Law Section, and is the general, outside counsel for the Arizona Contractors Association, the largest construction association of its type in Arizona.

Mr. Hall received a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University prior to becoming an attorney, and comes from a family background that spans five generations of general contractors. He was professionally employed in the construction industry as a project manager for an internationally recognized construction manager, in addition to working for the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. and Moscow, Russia. Prior to his project management work, Mr. Hall was engaged as a CPM scheduling engineer in the heavy contracting industry on coal and nuclear generation facilities.

From July 2002 until the formation of the Trove Companies, Mr. Hall ran a solo law practice limited to construction related issues, including mechanics' lien law; payment and performance bonds; delay, acceleration and disruption claims; defects; architect / engineer design liability issues; contractor licensing and commercial / residential real estate related matters. His clients included large, national and international construction materials supply houses for concrete, asphalt, lumber and electrical goods; equipment rental services; drywall and stucco suppliers; commercial and residential general contractors; custom residential contractors; commercial and residential specialty subcontractors; and residential pool contractors.
